Kickboxing Heavy Bag Workout in Zambia

Hi Mike, I purchased your videos online but never got a chance to download them. I actually live in rural Zambia now and didn't have the bandwidth at the time of purchase to download them. I'm in the city for one week now and should be able to download them now but I think the link has expired. Can you set me up with another try? I used to train seriously in muay thai in the states but now live in a remote part of Zambia and have nowhere to train. I do have a heavy bag though so I thought your videos would be the perfect thing. I'm dying to get back t training and looking forward to the vids! Thanks, Charlotte
