How to Do a 360 Jumping Roundhouse Kick The 360 jumping roundhouse requires that you have excellent balance so you can successfully complete a full body spin with a kick at the end. Instead of attempting this move at full speed, you should start by practicing the components of it first until your balance and body control improve. Once you feel comfortable spinning and kicking, then you can combine both to perform this move. Instructions
Tips & Warnings
The spinning roundhouse kick is a typical thing to practice in thaiboxing. Before you try this you should learn the normal muay thai roundhouse kick. To know how to spin around makes you able to hit even harder or to twist around if you missed your opponent. Description: Spinning Roundhouse Kick - Muay Thai Learn the normal roundhouse kick before you try this. After the kick, bring the knee of your kicking leg and your elbows a bit closer to the axis of rotation. This will help you turn around faster. Twist on the ball of your foot and go back to your combat stance as fast as you can. Trainer advice: Spinning Roundhouse Kick - Muay Thai Watch your opponent as long as possible. When you turn around, you can't see him for a moment, which makes it easier for him to attack you. I've never studied muay thai or jeet kun do. I've faced kickboxers which if I recall is similar to muay thai? but never anyone who specifically used it. As for Jeet kun do, that's what Bruce Lee used, right? I've never faced anyone who used it but I trust it'd make an effective counter to my style if used aggressively. I had some difficulty with people who quickly & suddenly close the gap while keeping themselves properly guarded & aggressively ensure that I cannot gain distance.

Christ mate... you pull it off like it's a left jab to a boxer. I guess when your left jab is a spinning roundhouse kick, you've got it made
