How to Do a 360 Jumping Roundhouse Kick
The 360 jumping roundhouse requires that you have excellent balance so you can successfully complete a full body spin with a kick at the end. Instead of attempting this move at full speed, you should start by practicing the components of it first until your balance and body control improve. Once you feel comfortable spinning and kicking, then you can combine both to perform this move.
Tips & Warnings
The spinning roundhouse kick is a typical thing to practice in thaiboxing. Before you try this you should learn the normal muay thai roundhouse kick. To know how to spin around makes you able to hit even harder or to twist around if you missed your opponent.

Trainer advice: Spinning Roundhouse Kick - Muay Thai
Watch your opponent as long as possible. When you turn around, you can't see him for a moment, which makes it easier for him to attack you.
